Okay firstly I do better playing MTT than anything else, Generally finishing close to or in the money. My End Game sucks a little I suspect though because If 27 get paid I'm finishing between 20th and 9th more than anywhere else. What I'm trying to work out is whether it is my end game that sucks for whether the Blind Structure on teh Tribeca network is awful.
Depending on how many people there are at the start seem to have a big effect. I'm much more successful if there are between 100 and 200 runnners. 250+ and it gets really tricky because of the blinds. I play tight agressive by the way. As an example I was in a $5 NL MTT yesterday 310 runners started and when there were only 57 left I found myself holding up well in 12th position with stack of only 8 x BB. That seem a bit unreal to me, almost like a turbo game.
All thoughts welcome; possible strategies in this situation; any where better to play MTT?

Have you read HoH Vol 2?
The large blinds are putting pressure on you, sure, but remember that they're putting the same pressure on everybody to some degree. This phase of the tournament is quite different from the earlier stages, and if you can improve your play here, so you can outmaneuver your opponents who are also suffering from low-M stacks, then that may be enough to get you over the hump.

I have had similar problems
I have a much better record in the 100-200 player events also, basically because it is deeper stacks around bubble time than tournaments with more players. The most likely thing is you are not loosening up enough when the gap is at its biggest, before and on the bubble. I am now quite happy to take much thinner edges earlier on in tournaments to get a stack, and it seems to work, also allows you to make a blind steal on the bubble without going all in.
