Min reraise means putting in 900 out of your 2900 chips, that is a terrible play.

Against a maniac I would have just pushed.

Pot is going to be half your stack and you will have no idea where you are in the hand.

I don't understand the point of flat calling since you said he would bet any flop. About half the flops will come with an overcard.

Why were you 7 handed, was this a SnG?

Then if you view JJ as a middle of the range hand for him to go all in, you are giving yourself 50% odds on whether you are ahead or not and you are willing to put all your chips on the line for this?

What important things are they? I understand even if you gave yourself 60:40 you could say it is long term +ve. But if you view his hand as "middle of the road" and the BB is about 1/100th of the all in, you really are just having a random even money gamble.

Or are you happy to take a 50:50 viewing that if you win it is increasing your chances of 1st place enough, relative to not taking the gamble, to compenstae for the times you lose?

First, I dont agree with your 50/50. Second, is he only raising with hands he will call all-in with?

If you feel this, your "feeler" raise is retarded and you are just spewing chips. Fold.

I really hate that call pre-flop. I don't see what it accomplishes, so I am just pushing it in here. I'm thinking my Jacks are ahead, so I don't want to get cute with them.

Nice insult. Now care to point out what I am forgetting?

It wasnt my 50:50 view it was Marm's.

I don't see where marm said it was 50/50. He said the guy was entering 50% of pots.

You are forgetting fold equity.

You can't raise for info here pre-flop, it is too expensive.

As is flat calling IMO.

Too many flops will be scary, and you will have no idea where you are in the hand.

All-in or fold. If you don't want to go all-in, fold.

I fold here this early without a read. If this guy has done it before, I push.
