This hand is played mediocrely.

A better line would have been:
check-call(no draws really present)
check-raise(no reason to think he wouldn't bet)
bet

yeah, no one ever plays QT in an unraised pot on at this limit, or T8s.

"this is very well played."

"This hand is played mediocrely."

"Looks pretty good to me"

"A touch overbet on the turn, but thats just being picky."

3 out of 4 PFO posters agree, Weaktightrog made a semi-decent play!

What I meant was, it's not a draw heavy board. There is a huge difference between this and a JsQh5s flop

Beav and I were discussing flop play, not a made straight. Also, QT isn't a staight here. Stop acting like a fucking dumbass with this "chek mate"[sic] shit and your intentionally ridiculous spelling.

when i do it in response to you, its usually b/c im trying to tick you off. however if i do it in a regular thread, the spelling is usually genuine. you however have trouble deciphering weather i am serious or not for example: "MY score was 8 seconds typing, you cant beat that etc..". as for saying there was a strait possible here, i really thaught the QT completed it, so my bad there.

back to the hand: flop i wouldnt play slow, smooth calling here is an ok play. I check hoping they bet and then throw in a checkraise.

i like how this hand is played.. utilizing the "triple" check-raise into a really aggressive opponent.. nice job..

only thing i would have done differently here is that i would have led out and value betted this river.. and knowing your opponent, the guy would probably raise u anyway, therefore giving u a chance to re-raise.

I also agree with Marm in that u NEED to play with a full stack, especially at these limits.. WHY? this way u can maximize your profits when u hit a big hand, and someone else also hits a big hand (but u have theirs dominated).. and at these limits, people will have a hard time laying down just about anything lol..

for example.. UTG has $6.00.. u buyin for $1.00 dollar.. UTG raises preflop with pocket aces, u call with pocket sevens.. flop comes 2 7 Q rainbow.. if this was the case, then the most u would be able to make off UTG is $1.00..

but if u bought in for $5.00.. then u can make up to $5.00 on that hand.. catch my drift?
