nut flush draw what to do!?

I say call, You probly have at least 12 outs, maybe even 15 if he really is playing super aggresive. Actually there is still a possibilty you have the best hand. I would call here.
BUT! the blinds are still not big enough to make it a quite all-in fest yet.
I know you didnt ask but I would raise more. With 400 chips you have quite a lot of fold equity here. So why not make it 120 or 130 to go? If you get called you can still push any decent flop. Or if flop is horrible (9TJ all pink) you can get away from you're hand and still have enough to play.“There's no sense in being precise when you don't even know what you're talking about.” - John von Neumann

I cant see the question here.. How can you considering risking 2nd place on a draw when you are not shortstacked and you havent invested anything in the pot? You just fold and wait, if he is super aggresive you will have many chances.

You sorta are short stacked. You only have 10xBB. Less now.
There is already 200 in the pot. And you only have about 300 left. If you have seen him do this with truely raggid hands. (king high) Then I don't mind the call here because you're aces and possibly sevens are still clean outs“There's no sense in being precise when you don't even know what you're talking about.” - John von Neumann

But I think checking the flop was a mistake. If you bet out, around ~80 he made easily fold. Or if he just calls you suceeded in getting a cheap turn card.

You have 10 BB's and the chip leader had 12,5 BB's. Even if you fold, its 700-320-100. Calling is stupid unless you are the worst of the 3.
I agree with betting the flop, although i would prefer to wait for the Shortstack to lose.

well teh chip leader ended up having top pair w/ a jack kicker, (none were spades), and the big blind told me that he had 2 spairs. i didn't catch an ace or a flush so i ended up getting 3rd

Weak. A7s aint a monster 3 handed, but its a pretty good holding. At least 3-4 BB raise, here and all preflop raises. a 1bb raise might as well be a check.

I still cant see why that is a question.. Risking the 3rd place as an underdog when the shortstacked has 2.5 BB's left. Its not to move from 7th to 6th, its from 3rd to 2nd, you are losing money.
