Well Bloodclot....at least he raised you on the river!!
I didn't raise PF cos there were several limpers in the hand already. I think most of them would have called anyway - I see this all the time with several limpers. Or they would have all folded. Possibly a big hand would re-raise and I could fold, but overall I thought let's see a flop and take it from there.
All in all a pretty good flop, so now I'm betting for info. And because I checked from the big blind, I thought a decent bet could be quite scary, as I could have anything, including a 5.
On the turn I'm thinking anyone beating tens would have raised, so I'm probably still ahead.
On the river I checked, cos I thought if I check here he'll finally show some aggression if he does have anything. But he bet a very small amount compared to the pot, I thought it was just weakness again, so I raised. I still thought I was winning when he flat called the raise instead of putting me all-in, I mean I only had 500 chips left!!!
And I really don't like his limp pre flop, with a pair like queens you have to raise, otherwise you end up with 4 or five limpers in the pot with you - the last thing you want with these pairs. And if an ace or king flops, then what? You showed no aggression before so you have no idea where you are - although with all the limpers it's pretty certain someone has paired the overcard, so you're now beat.
