With him raising 5 to take down a 4.50 pot that seems like a pretty confident bet (or a ballsy bluff), with you betting into a 3rd spade. So I'm thinking he's obviously not afraid of a flush on the river especially with still having another player to act behind him. If the guy is known to be a habitual bluffer MAYBE I call. Otherwise I'm getting away from it.

I'd fold to that river bet because I'd known that I let him in the pot with that lousy turn bet. That wasn't a board to slow play with.

Uggg.. you handed him this pot. Don't like the turn bet, or any turn bet here.... You are first to act, very likely somebody near the end will through out a steal bet and you can CR it here. That's my play, since the pot is still small, but if you want to bet, NO LESS than $2 will do.

Well yes, I'm folding to the river bet here, but I don't think we should have been in a spot to make this call.
