Here is what I like as an alternative that I have used before.
The flop is dealt, moron1 bets 30, moron2 calls. Pot is 510.
If you are behind you possibly have 6 outs, at least if you hit the

you have the nut flush to redraw. If you hit Q you have boat outs.
If you just call, now the pot is only 600 on the turn.
If they make another weak ass bet, you can kick in 400-500 chips - if you get reraised you can fold and still have almost 1k left, if you get called you may see a cheap showdown. If someone makes a big bet on the turn you can get out of the hand really cheaply. If you are ahead, you are really ahead, and if you are behind you are far behind.
