Default Low M play after bad beat...critique?

I suffered a bad beat in this 1st hand posted below and was basically crippled. I ended up in 4th place but think I played this low M situation very well. i know this is a long and tedious post, but wanted to hear your thoughts. Any mistakes here? Also, I figured that if the consensus is that I played this ok, it may help some of the newbies out there.

You played it the way you're supposed to... aggressive bets when you're first in, but only calling other people's bets with real hands (which you didn't do at all).

Good play. I have some sequences that were pretty good, but hollywood doesn't save tourney hand histories unless you grab them individually at the time.

i would have thought about raising J7s when folded to on the button.

this depends on the other players standards for calling an all-in from a short stack, they are prob a bit too loose tho (by reading the results)

    Bobby,

That was the one hand I second guessed myself. My thinking was that the BB might think I was steaming and would have called me with anything over a jack. Since I had a few more hands until the blinds were on me I decided to wait.

Yeah, a problem with these kind of things is if you start to get TOO in control, you start getting calls you don't want. Poor calls, but still not profitable ones.

Like when I steal outright, then pick up A5 and steal, then pick up AT... I get called all the time on a third straight bet, and would lay down a LOT of hands that would normally be stealing hands. It's always nice when you pick up the monster the third time though

techincal question Ant, did you paste each hand individually or dump the hole HH text of 10+ hands in BHC and it spit that out? That would be a nice feature to have if it did that......
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

I'm all in with J7s. I don't know the %'s off hand, but it's got to be favored over a random hand. SB can't afford to call you without a real hand - and he's sandwiched between you and the BB who has him covered.

Frankly, with your stack, I'm looking to get called and double up. I'll take AK vs. J7s anyday in that situation.

If you do double up, I stop pushing all in and just raise 2.5x the BB.

Sorry...been real busy and havent had chance to check in.......

Marm, I did them one at a time. Quite tedious. It would be great if you could do it all in one shot though.

Jason: I know I should have pushed there, I was thinking too much and didnt want a call.....was looking to scoop a few blinds and felt it was to soon after my bad beat...my strategy almost worked.....when i flopped the flush draw on final hand I almost pissed my pants. One more card and I am making the money.
