    I'm just reading Harringotn Vol II on this very topic. If the Big Blind is 200 then I'm assuming the Sm Blind is 100 and no antes so the pot = 300 giving you have a M of 4.6 which puts in what Harrington calls the Red Zone. Any K in you position is good 3 handed (now that UTG has folded) plus your K is suited. So:
    1. your hand is fairly good,
    2. position is good,
    3. you're 1st in which is good BUT
    4. your going all-in against the Chip Leader - not good but not all that bad
    5. BB is a middle stack and vunerable to your bet - also good.

    Add it all up and I believe ole Dan would tell you to push! You're hoping for a fold from both blinds but have a decent chance if either calls.

    5-6 mins left at this level,

    in the previous level BB called a 3xBB steal raise that i made when i had a bigger stack, then folded when i bet the flop. and also folded 1 raise the same ammount.

    BB=200
    SB=100

    no antes

    its probably the best situtation your going to find yourself in before you get blinded out...i would push

    I cant argue with either folding or pushing. My M dictates a push here, but I dont know how you have been playing up until now. Have you pushed 3 in a row without a call? Have you recently pushed and showed down a good hand? A lot depends on your image. Anyone who calls has you beat, but you have enough chips to hurt the BB so you may get away with this......With such an enormous big stack to my left I am probably deviating slightly from HOH and looking for at least an Ace to push figuring he is itching to take me out an would probably call me with any weak ace here.

    Bottom line is that you are in trouble anyway and will need to double up in a race. King high isnt the worst spot to go to war if Ax calls you.

    How did it turn out?

    i forgot to mention something which influences the decision,

    i was being stalked by some guy who just got eliminated and was pissed of with me and was giving me a lot of abuse.

    one hand he was in BB and i was in the CO with K8s and an m of 8-10 about 1300, he called with K9o and a stack of around 1500 and i hit my 8 to leave hom crippled. he went all-in next hand with J10 and got eliminated by the big stack with Ax.

    i typed gg, then he stayed to hassle me calling me names etc

    this situation made me lean slightly toward folding as i thought i get called more often than i want to.

    Asolutely. If you have made the low M push and had to show down a weak hand you want to tighten up a bit because they are going to call you next time. I ove when this happens and I can pick up a pocket pair because I am mostly going to be a favorite against anyone who calls me.
