Over-agressive or EV+
this is hand 2 of a pokerstars $5.5 SnG.
i am not sure if i have used what i have learned here or misaplyed the advice i have been given.
my thoughts were that there are enough bad players at this level that the times i win T130 or am called by a worse/coinflip hand should outweigh the ammount of times that i am way behind.

I've learned from Kill Phil that picking up 100+ chips here and there can significantly increase your stack

With no reads, this is a terrible raise. At best you're a 3:2* dog when you get called, most likely 4:1. Winning 130 chips isn't worth putting your entire stack at risk.
*AA,KK,AKo,AKs
I don't have PokerStove on this comp, but I'm assuming thats close to 3:2. Someone can check my math if they want.

I would have agreed with that a few weeks ago. But having used the Kill Phil strategy people will call with a lot less than those hands. In similar scenarios I have been called by 44 and K6 besides decent hands like AJ, TT, KQs types.
It also helps your image. If you want to search and read my 2 Kill Phil posts it goes into more detail why this method works.

I read it. It's pretty much Slansky's system with a few more hands.

Its a lot more than that. I have read Sklansky's system, Kill Phil is 200+ pages of strat and everyone keeps comparing it to the couple of pages Sklansky wrote.
And, it also works online where people will call with junk, and also get frustrated at your style.

With QQ this early in a SNG, I favor a reraise of the greater amount of: 3-4x the initial raise or 1/3 our chipstack. Most of the time you'll just get a flat call. If I'm reraised all in by anything other than a "Ringer", of course I'm calling.
But like I said, most of the time we just get a flat call. Then if no A or K hits on the flop, I'm all in. I've found that playing the QQ a little slower in the beginning improves my EV immensely, because you'll get the calls from KT, A7, lower PP's, etc. And most of the time they'll still call an all in on the flop with overcards like KJ or even A7, and definitely call for any PP.
What slowing down allows us to do is bail out if an overcard hits (so we don't bust out because everyone has you covered). We'll still have 1/2 - 2/3 of our stack left and can work to build back up.
Once the blinds go up significantly, then I'm trying to find a way to get all my chips in PF with QQ.
