Yes, KK is hard to fold. But, you have to ask yourself why he would come over the top so big. KK is unlikely since there are only two kings left. Would he do that with QQ or AK? It is good to know your opponents. In this type of game, I would suggest that this over the top move is not something tricky but a straightforward statement.
Remember that in poker, you have two ways of being successful, winning money and not losing money. If you call bets because you are curious or because you think you are having the wool pulled over your eyes, then the "not losing money" part of your game will suffer.
I'm not saying I would have layed down KK in this instance but I certainly would have paused and thought about it.

pennies.. dont evey lay down KK on the pennies- He could have had anything - geeze.. he probably turned white when he saw you had KK - afterall .. KK is better than two ones right???

ppl go all in preflop with plenty of hands other than AA...unless you knew that particualr player was especially tight don't see how you could have folded
I love him who is ashamed when the dice fall in his favour and who then asks: Am I then a cheat? for he wants to perish.

That is true. However, the original raise was 13xBB and the all in reraise was 250xBB. So if this was a 1/2 NL table do you make the call?

Deme is right...at this level you don't fold KK pre-flop. Fair enough if you're playing with a load of pros, then you might consider it, but the day I fold KK pre-flop at pennies level is the day I give up playing poker......
Nobody ever bet enough on a winning horse

Indeed so and even then wont KK beat AA 2 times out of 10 or something like that, not that Im going to want to find out but the chances of having KK vs AA isnt exactly going to happen that much...

You could assume he had AA, but you still have to call.
If you try to guess when the raise is AA or when it's something else you are going to cost yourself money over time by folding at the wrong time. Simply let the %'s play out and never lay this down.

Well... at penny tables expecialy, I would'nt fold KK even I'm raised 1.5 millions BB....
He can have anything from any PP to AJs or even worse.
Any way I would'nt fold KK at any stakes unless I have more than 4-5 buyins in front of me as well as my all-in oponent... + that guy really have to be a rock.... or my read must be god dam good to fold KK.
