A super lag is in the BB, the rest of the table is fairly weak tight but this guy was 77/56/5.6, and never really stopped bluffing. I raised PF to isolate him with a good hand, I would have raised even with a bunch of limpers in front of me.

based on his preflop, flop, and turn play, i'd say there is nearly 0 chance he has KQ.
jam that shit

Villian has AQ? I agree that KQ is NOT a reasonable possibility. Ya gotta think he has a Q in his hand to be willing to cap the river with four to the straight, and his turn checkraise means he must have had some sort of made hand. AQ is the logical choice, I think, but since it is SO hard to believe he has KQ then yeah you cap even though it might be a split pot.

I don't know... I think the absolute best you could hope for if he's raising here is the split pot. I don't think he's raising pocket 5's here. I don't think you can win money from him here... at best your splitting it, though KQ is highly unlikely, why risk another bet if it can't possibly win you one?

Because often you will run into a moron that flips over two pair. I think that "chance of moron with two pair" >>>> "chance of moron with KQ" so cap! The rake structure online isn't enough to make it a consideration,, IMO.

Even super LAG's back off when someone's aggressive with an Ace on board unless they at least have an Ace. The check-raise on the turn from BB tells you that you should feel good about your hand. At best, Villian has QT. He'd be more aggressive PF with AA, AK, AQ, AJ, JJ, and probably KQ.
I like the way you played this hand. Hands like these are why wreckless players are producers. Nice hand.
