Default High pair on flop and Overcard on turn?

I seem to run into this a lot lately. I have high pair on flop in early position so I bet. I get calls from 2 others after me. On the turn or River an overcards comes. Do I continue to bet or check if no one has raised on the flop?
    (this is LHE ring game)

Really depends of the action preflop, what pair you got and their reaction on turn, but I would say:

I would still open bet or raise the turn and see.

If they still call. check river.
If they raise, your beaten! or even alrady beaten on the flop.

The question is so situational and depends on a lot of varibles. Maybe if you posted a hand history that could be analyized then you can get a varity of opinions and an answer to your question that relates more to a real life than the hypotheical. More often than not a posted HH will generate a lot more input than the original question and the learning experience is even better.

Yeah, I'd say bet on the Turn to get information. If you're raised, you're probably beat, so you won't lose any more money on the River.

It also seems that checkin the turn shows weakness leaving you wide open to getting bluffed out of a hand you may well have won.
