Help me get paid off...
-You may not know this, but poker is a game of incomplete information.

My .02
Really the only other thing you could do I think would've been just to have called his bet on the turn, maybe he'll bet again on the river and you could squeeze at least another bet out of him, then you can reraise and he might think you're trying to bluff him off the pot. I'm still learning though so I may be completely off base on this one.

Possibly, but I hate check-raising the river. Too many times they just check it down and you miss out on at least having a bet called.

So maybe then just call the turn and a pot sized bet on the river?

I probably raise the flop and call the turn here

That might be worth a shot, but if he folded to a min raise on the turn I can't imagine any card that could induce him to call a pot sized bet on the river. My guess is he had two overcards and was hoping no one else caught a piece of the flop

you could maybe just call the bet and then go allin on the river...
a lot of people will call bets like that on the river because the huge overbet makes it look like you're trying to buy it...
other than that, i dont really think you're getting paid off here

Flop I chekraise the 1$ up to 3$, probably still get two callers. Turn i hit a monster hand, but continue to bet. The pot is probably about 8$ so im betting 1-2$, giviinng them odds for flush call and maybe a chase for A or K.
looking at results you probably would have gotten more $ out of them than my aproach. if you get a 15$ pot @ .25nl than you did well.I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.
