Plays that stick out:

Hand #10:

Top pair is very strong HU. With the flush draw to boot, you don't want to be missing out on a good opportunity to get into your opponent's stack. Flat call the flop and let him bet into you again on the turn. If the turn comes a brick, I would raise him to confuse him. If I improve to 2 pair or trips on the turn, I would slowplay it. If I hit the flush, I would minimum raise it hoping that either he can't get away or thinks I'm bluffing. If he checks, I would bet 1/2 the pot with an unimproved hand, check behind him otherwise.

Ideally, you want him to improve to two pair or trips on the same street you catch your flush. If you allow hands like this to develop beyond the flop (hands where you are at least a 70% favorite), your HU game will improve IMO.

Hand #3:

K3s is playable HU. Even if you play strictly by odds here, you have to call a preflop minimum raise. Most often I'd say you are a 3:2 dog (against something like AT) or a 2:1 dog (against something like 88). Sometimes you are a slight favorite (against JTs) and sometimes you are dominated (against KQ). Overall, I think getting 3:1 pot odds makes it a good call. I would bet out most flops that I miss and fold to any significant raise against this guy. I would check/call the flop if I get only a flush draw, playing on implied odds. If there is no Ace on the board (giving me 12 possible outs), I'm betting/reraising big time.

All in all, I think your play is a bit too weak-tight. Open with more hands and call with more hands, as long as your stack can stand it. Play aggressive, but don't get careless. And allow your big favorites to play out and pay off more often. HU play is all about winning that one big pot, and most pots don't get big until the turn.
