    Default playing 1 level above your stakes (interms of blinds)

    When i play .25-.5nl HU i usually get smoked. today it was b/c i made K high flush v.s his A high. but usually its b/c i see all the pots 2x bigger than usuall and thus i treat them like they are huge pots, playing cautiously.

    I just cant make the transition for HU, 3-5 player i play fine, just HU.

    Then when i move back down to .10-.25nl and play HU i absolutely clean them 1,2, 3 in a row sometimes.
    I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.

    I'm not exactly sure what your question is here, but I think I know.

    It sounds as if you are playing very scared when you increase the stakes you are playing at. This is not good. You will not play your best.
