Good Call or Bad Call here ?

You are almost never in bad shape in an all-in situation with AK. Need more details about where you are in the tourney which i believe is what you were playing. Post more info about the situation.

Unless you are up against AA or KK, the worst you are with AKo is a 43% vs QQ.
If you knew he was a very tight player I would say fold,
Otherwise, call.A good education is expensive but ignorance costs more.

Well, let's look at the pot odds first:
1430 to call 1980 or about 1.4:1. So we need to be about 42% to win. So that makes this a break even or slightly better call against any pair 22-QQ (in fact we're 43% against the entire range of pairs 22-AA). And of course he could be making this move with a significantly weaker hand such as AQ or AJ (which then puts us in a coin flip at 50/50 when you figure these into the range).
So just from a pot odds standpoint, you're likely just getting the odds to call.
But, here's the rub: If this is a tourney, do you want to put your entire tournament life on the line on a coinflip?
If I had a higher M (yours is about 12 here), I'd probably fold. But you're starting to get low, and the money is nowhere in sight. I say you take the gamble and make the call. Of course, if I feel like I can easily outplay this table right now, then I fold and find a better spot. But it really depends.
