here is a hand where i was unsure whether to value bet into a small side pot, or make a cooperation play to eliminate an opponent.
also any general advice for this situation would be appreciated.

i cant see him calling a river bet and mucking on that board. there is no need to eliminate the guy though. you are playing for yourself.
pf though i would limp behind. i dont like raising so much with just 99it's better to be pissed off than pissed on

i think u played it perfect pre and post flop. no need to bet into the pot on riv b/c hes only gunna call/raise with a hand that beats you.
I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.

This is a medium strength hand at best. Don't bet medium strength hands on the river. You'll only get called by a better hand most of the time.
Just check it down, and hope your 9's are good enough to take it.
