Default Playing AKo? Some thought's please

Okay I have a question for you guys I've been looking over some of my PT hands and was wondering how you guys like to play AK I'm talking primarly NL ring games here (I'm aware it's not a GREAT hand just a fairly good starting hand). I find that I'm raising with it whether EP or LP, rarely re-raise and have a tendency to fold on the flop or turn if neither card hits and there's no real draws. I find if I miss the flop I check and if there's a bet I'm folding even if it's small cards, or occasionaly I'll try a contiunation bet regardless of what hits, and folding to any reraises. I'm playing micro limits here so some of time people call down with a 7,2 off even if they pair their 2. I know there can be alot of variables just trying to get a general feel.

I you play micro you should always reraise pre flop...

AK is very powerfull in loose games...

You will win a lot of pots VS Ax and bus a lot of PPs if you hit that wont be able to fold!

AK is a very powerful starting hand. You just need to learn to release it when you don't improve on it. I almost always raise with AK unless I want to play it different than I usually do.

Ak isnt that powerful. in .01-.02nl you wanna raise the un opened pot to .10 or .12. if someone makes a weka raise to .04 or .06, u might wanna reraise to .08-.12.

on flop if u miss you hand against o field of 3 players, dont bother bluffing, or continuation betting. ideally you want 1 or 2 opponents. And in order to win the hand, v.s two loose players, you will prolly need the A or K to hit.

Imo AK is only powerful when u make a pair. Its a wierdass hand in that its roughly 45/55 vs QQ, and its 58/42 vs 78.

so imo, re-raise weak raises with AK, and feel free to to bet raise reraise call raises all in.... when u hit A or K v.s small field. And fold it when u miss unless the odds are really good.
I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.

IMO its a powerful starting hand, but if you don't hit atleast a pair on the flop its then becomes a weak hand. Once you learn how to get rid of AK if you don't hit you can use it to your advantage.

I'll raise preflop, usually won't call a reraise preflop without reads...in EP i'll usually CB on a raggedy flop, in LP I'll fold to a bet usually if I miss. If I hit, I'll bet in EP or raise in LP. I play it pretty straight :P
