Wow, that sucks. I may have check-called the river, but not much you can do there.

You probably needed to raise more (4-5x BB) preflop and then lead out for the same (or more) on that flop...those min raises kill ya

Yeah, bboy is right about the river play. I should have bet/folded or check/called... no reason to invest 2 bets there.

I liked his capping there with second pair and a flush draw heads up though. I took enough off him the rest of the session to make up for this one... Dude had a killer run to go from 80 bucks to 340... I singlehandedly knocked him back down to about 220 in the space of 10 hands. Was fun

I don't like the bet/fold - you'd be getting like 11-1 odds on that last call. You'd have to be right over 90% of the time to make that profitable. Can you you be sure he wouldn't bluff at the pot with a possible flush on the board even one out of ten times?

yeah, actually... I am that sure with this guy

I don't really fold for an extra bet on the river, but I think that this may be one of the few times where it was justified. Of course... it's not something that you can determine in reality
