I was in this hand in my Omaha Hi/Lo tournament a few minutes ago playing A3, and hoping to pick up the low pot. I hit the 2 on the turn, but I think I probably got carried away with calling people down, and was extremely scared because I was caught in the middle of a raising war.
Anyway, would you have played this hand differently? I probably would if I could do it over again. Getting that lucky just isn't right.

I think that your play off the flop wasn't so great. I don't think I would call in that situation. Going only for the lo can be deadly. Also, there is a pretty good chance someone has A2(mind you that you haven't seen the 2 on the turn). Your only chance is to split with the lo. Now once the 2 came on the turn, I feel that was a good bet, because you are almost ceratin you have the lo now.

Another question... should I have just let it go preflop? The reraises were capped, and I had to figure A2 had me beat...

I thought about that also. However, I think A3 is a playable hand, plus you had a high flush draw starting off with AQ. I think letting it go after the flop was the best option.

Sounds good to me. Thanks for the advice.

Wow.
I don't think I deserve this, but I'm still in that tournament and I just jumped into the top 10.
8th out of 190 as we speak...

Obviously you are playing better than your opponents KQQ6 and AA98 really are not playable hands in h/l.
