I just turned 18, and I would like to learn limit holdem during the holidays(a month and a half to kill).
I have about 250$ to spend in books and to deposit.
I have played freerolls, playmoney tables and live games for about a year and a half(probably about 100k hands) and read Winning low limit holdem by Lee jones, HOH 1 & 2.
so my questions are: what's the first book I should read, and when i'm done, what stakes should I start with? How many hands do I have to play before moving up a level, and what is the second book I should read, and when? I like to multi table, how many tables can you play and still be improving your game?
I already got PT.
And please dont anwser me that you have to consistently beat the game to move up a level, I like to have concrete goals.
this is obviously for fun, I dont intend going rich.

If you have read Lee Jones's book I recommend getting Small Stakes Hold Em and Hold Em poker for Advanced Players (you can probably buy them together at Amazon).
If you have $200 I would recommend starting at .25/.50 for a while. If you can work that up to $250+ go to .50/1. If that drops to below $175 go back to .25/.50.Read my musings on poker and life at Online Poker Examiner, Poker Examiner, PokerNewsBoy.com, and My Poker Blog

never been one for concrete goals myself.
if you want to do limit holdem get SSH - it goes well with Jones' book.
Save the money for the tables.
if you want to have a good reference for different games, Hellmuth's book or SS2 can be added in also.

Steve-O's post is good. What site are you planning on playing? If Stars, start at 5c/10c just to get a feel for the game.
