I like the idea someone put forward of winning with a woeful hand. Did this very thing last night in a $30 SnG. I was BB and got dealt 8c 2c. Imagine my surprise when two players call whlie the rest fold, whilst allowing me to check and see the flop. It comes a low rainbow with 6 2 A. Feeling brave I bet the minimum and get called. Turn brings me an 8. I think and think and think some more. Rememering that the table had been fairly loose for the previous five minutes or so, I pushed all-in with my two pair. Only logic being that I was positive the other players had aces and would call me. They did and I was given chip lead along with quite a few comments about why I would play that hand etc. The result being a table that just became completely unplayable for a while because two players chose to tilt about being beaten by 82s.
Ironically, this was the only hand I played in before making the money because the remaining players began to disappear quite quickly. Fancy that! You pay $33 US to play poker and have to spend all your time folding because you get rubbish. The good cards came at the end though and I won.
