well im pretty sure, and other posters please correct me if im wrong, that even at 5/10, 10/20, and i assume youre talking about online, there is a max. amount of money you can bring to the table, whereas in the NL games Doyle plays in, there is no max, making it deep stack poker, and allowing the "see lots of flops and try to break people" theory to come into play more

It's popular becuase many sites give it away in promotions.. Steveo has two copies (unopened I believe) and I have one on the way...I might read it.....might not ...having read SS1
See me playing $10/$20NL like it was play money

Yes I have 2 unopened copies, well 1 with 1 on the way, 1 from Doyles Room the other from Inter Poker. The NLH section is outdated, talks about Antes and such. It is also based on playing someone who is afraid of big bets which isn't the case anymore.

A fish in a casino is much different than a fish online.

A fish sitting in a 10/20 NL game in a casino with 5,000 is afraid to lose 5K in 1 hand when he could go play blackjack for 500 a hand and be treated better by the casino. So, they play more timid when faced with big bets

A fish online has no other option but poker to lose his money. e is there to play poker and that is it.
