Egads, buy some more chips. You might as well go all in PF (or on the flop) with that stack.
If he's anywhere near a good player, I don't put him on the flush draw, because he's not getting anywhere near his odds to draw (you only have another $0.50). Based on his call and his action on the flop, I've gotta fear a set of 9's here or even Aces (trying to coax a call out of MP-2) - maybe 4's because he is almost getting 7-1 implied on the flop, exactly what he needs. He's gotta know you're pot committed if you bet at this one, so 4's are not entirely out of the question.
Seems like KK & QQ would have certainly reraised us PF, as would JJ most likely, so I'm pretty confident we're not facing those here. T's may have called and not be able to get away from their hand on the flop, but I'm really hoping he has KQ (what else are we beating other than unpaired aces? - of which the only one he calls with is AK or A9).
But frankly all of this analysis is academic because you're pretty much going to be pot committed from the time you make the PF raise.

I agree, you need more chips. I assume this in .10/.25?
Anyways, with that few of chips, I'm moving all-in preflop. At the worst, you can always rebuy. I say any PP 22-1010, or maybe Qx. Like Jason pointed out, JJ-AA probably would have reraised. I don't think he has trips, because I think would have raised you all-in on the flop. I'm sorta new at this though.
Anyways, with that stack in a cash game, I'm pushing all in preflop 9 times out of 10.

I don't think AA for MP2 is an automatic reraise for an opponent in this situation, particularly where when if you raise, you'll likely just isolate against the short stack (a whopping $4). I could see AA in MP2 calling PF to get some more people in the pot and win some real $. I could also see a set, KK, or AA smooth calling on the flop hoping MP3 would come along for the ride.
