Ok, I've discovered that I'm not as good at poker as I thought I would be and some drastic improvement is needed. The problem is I don't know where to start.

VPiP: 18.96
BB/100: Floating between 1.5 and 2 for the last 1500 hands or so, 1.63 right now
W$aSD: 49.34 (been slowly climbing for the last 5k hands or so.

My problem is I'm not sure how to interpret all the information that PT gives me about my game to improve my game. The last few days have seen huge fluctiuations in my game (using a starting point of X, my BR has fluctuated +-$20 around X...). I've looked at a lot of the hands that have caused the downward swing and I can't pinpoint any questionable hands where i lost a decent pot and made a mistake.

I'm not too concerned with the fluctuations, I play well within my BR so I can handle those, I'm more worried about holes in my game. I've heard at .25/.5 LHE on stars, a decent player should be able to sustain 4-5bb/100. I'm wondering why I am having such a hard time sustaining 2bb/100. If the limit was higher, I wouldn't have a problem, I would guess that I'm up against were better players. At this level, using GT+ to define all the fish and calling stations I'm playing against, I should be taking more money off the tables.

Any help with resources to read about how to read the stats and make adjustments accordingly would be appreciated.

Trons if you happen to find out answers to your questions please let me know. My bb/100 was incerdibly high the last time I asked for help interpeting what eveything means at ablut 3K hands. I'm at 7500 and that number is higher now than it was then and it was almost as if the bb/100 was unheard of then! I'm sure I can be using PT to improve my game more but I'm kinda in the same boat you are right now.

your VPIP is a little low for my tastes, I like 20-23%.

You W$SD is low, which means you are taking a few too many losers too far. You should be over 51%.

Also, check your positional stats. See if you are losing in any specific position. I found out I was cold calling PF too much doing this.
