Whats your move ?

All in or fold. Your M right now is 16, but if you call, you are pot committed. I'm leaning toward folding this hand. UTG is telling you that he has a hand. The caller probably has a good hand or a great hand. You have a pair of 10s. Any A, K, Q, or J on the flop and you are probably losing, if you aren't already. Muck it and find a better spot.
I study at KRE8R's School of Bankroll Management.

Personally, I think from a tournament perspective, you made the right move. While you may have won the hand had you called, there are a lot of hands like that. You have over 25bb left and while you may be shortstacked at the table, you have plenty of hands to pick from before getting desperate. I'd wait for a better position...

Really player dependant, I put 3 guys allin once with TT. They all had just what I thought they had, it was level 2 or 3 too.
HUGE POT.

This is a tough one. A 3k raise with the blinds at 100/150 (you sure that's not 75/150?)? And he gets a caller with that 20x bb raise? You sure you're not on Sammy Farha's table at the WSOP (man was that awesome watching him catch that set of 3's against Mr. New to Poker's aces). The raiser might be just trying to push the table around, but the second caller isn't kidding. Only 4 hands ahead of you here, but gotta figure one of them is out.

it's pretty marginal. the blinds aren't so high that you need to rush into a double up really. but the fact they had big stacks would probably lead me into playing it. thinking they were looking to catch something on the flop. as they turned out to be. also. if you were short stacked with a good 75% of the field to get rid of before a payout you needed to take the chance on getting yourself into a decent position to make it to the last 20.

Very dependent on when the next blind raise is IMO. You're in a good spot now but 150/300 is bad news. How often an oversized 3k raise is put in and the amount of time until the next blind increase are what decide it for me.
