    Default Omaha 8 strategy question

you are first to act in a $1/$2 omaha 8 game. 4 or 5 people see the flop for 1 bet, if there is a raise 3 or less see the flop. Which of these 4 hands would you raise with and why? you can choose more than 1

Same situation only 5 people will see the flop for any amount of money. Which hand do you raise with now and why?

#4 if I can be assured that there will be only 3, I'd probably raise with #2 if you know you'll get alot of callers.

Actually I'd like to raise with #4 most of the time

Ug, look at that evil matrix looking thing. Reminds me of some of my math classes in college(I started off as a physics major). Hurts my head just to look at it. Wonder what the cross product of hand 2 and 3 is. LOL

Why does hand number one look VERY familiar steve? Or should ALL of those hands look familiar to me?

omaha 8 and stud 8 are hi/lo with qualifiers.

meaning 5 unpaired cards have to be 8 and lower.

No one really answered the why..... do you have an answer for this Steve-O, or was it an actual question?

None, but I only see 3 cards for #4 (ac 7c td)

Maybe #3, but I don't like raising A2 UTG. You are suited and have a hand that can possibly make the nut straight and nut low. I want to scoop a multiway pot here.
