I'd be tempted to check-call him down, expecting him to show me AA, KK, or AsKs

Well there is 11SBs in the pot so most would say you have to call looking for a Queen.
Since you're getting odds to call I would re-raise, lets see exactly where we are at and then make the difficult decision on the turn if we don't improve.
A little more info on this player would help. What would he 3 bet in that spot pre-flop? How tricky is his post flop play? and so on.

Wow, okay I totally got his stats wrong. Sorry but I'm looking stuff back up in the DB and misclicked somewhere.
He is 36.9/15.1/2.6 over 60 hands if that changes anything.
It seems this hand might not work out too well, though since most people arne't used to the aggression at the level this was played. So figure this game to be aggressive.

I 3 bet for info, but I dont think there much way your getting me out of this hand without dynamite. I think I'm 3 betting the turn 2 given his stats (Assuming VPIP/PFR/Aggro). In fact I think I'm capping each street unless an over hits.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.
