I bet large and was re-raised.
I called.
turn showed pointless card (6 i believe)
I bet large and was re-raised enough to put me all in...

Are you saying the flop came out with 2 jacks (3 of a kind)? Or 1 jack and you paired your jack? Also how much of your stack was comitted before you got reraised all in?

Several days ago but it went something like this
near start of tourny... I had roughly 1500... he had something slightly higher say 2200

I called BB (i believe it was 100 at this point)
FLOP:

limper checks, I bet pot, raised me 2x, limper folds
TURN:

At this point with the pot size I have really two options as I can see it, fold or all in... But I feel strong about my hand so I throw out 300 I think, hoping for a call.
He raises me again which puts me all in...

I'd have to say call, it's possible you're up against JK or AJ but in a tourney I'd have to push this.

Yeah, call...I'd say its more likely that you're up against a pp, like 77-1010 or a Jx and you have him out kicked, but that's just based on his post flop play.

Look at the board.....what can have you beat?
AJ possible
KJ possible
J6 unlikely
after turn you can add J2....highly unlikely
Small odds of this....I would have pushed the minute he re-raised me.
