    Default BeT 2 Much On Turn?

    My thinking on the flop was
    1) I have the best Hand
    2) I only want caller to see turn

    Did I bet to much on turn?

    i personally don't think it is too much as that puts a possible straight draw on the board. the last thing you want them to do is outdraw you on this hand. there's a lot of money in the pot. take it and be happy the aces weren't cracked.

    Yeah, I forgot to say in the 1st post, " I would have been more then happy to take the pot on turn.

    I think I saw this one.

    Since everyone checked, you had to bet.

    You showed the hand didnt you?

    I remember seeing you flash AA.

    Yeah I showed the hand, because earlier I laid down 2 pair, and the guy up showed a straight, so I returned the favor.

    not an overbet at all... anyone wants to run the odds go ahead, but you bet enough i believe to force out the straight and flush draw that was there... remember, no free cards on 4th street

    I was working too, in 3 meetings in a row from home, didnt have time to pay too much attention.

    I'd be tempted to put in much more preflop ($30)- the big stacks look very loose - they'd call- there were significant implied odds against you for the trip by the time you hit the flop - you were on the edge here - but maybe that's the way you like it..

    AA mid position is a bit awful...
