Anyone care to tell me why raising 4th is a bad play?

I like everything you did this hand. if no one raises you have to call with 6 outs to a straight draw there are no dead 7s or Ks. you take a shot to hit a Q or 8 on 4th and you then have 7 outs to make the straight. To a complete I fold, but for the bring in I'm calling this all day, I might even raise since the only higher card is the Queen, so pairing any of your cards could very well be top pair.

Yeah sorry about that, I originally changed it all to "hero," but then realized I f-ed it up by leaving out half of fourth street and half of fifth street, so I just copied back over it, replacing it with my screen name. Yes for those confused, my handle is ronza_1.
