-You may not know this, but poker is a game of incomplete information.

That even weak players can get strong hands? Several possible hands come to mind; A-K, KQ,KJ, A-3 suited, K-x suited or even K-3 suited!
Another possibility is he read you as trying to steal the pot and threw in a re-raise to steal it back - although in a tournement this can be a very costly move without something to back it up.

Yeah, when a rock, or totally passive fish starts figthing, well then you better believe him. Maybe he did decide to bluff all of a sudden, but play the odds here that hes got a monster, and get the hell out of the way.
Ex, the other night, I'm UTG with AJs, I raise, The guy on my immediate left, I have played >200 hands with him, hes tight and passive, but goes nuts when hes got something, he 3 bet. got 1 cold caller in LP, and the blinds fold, im getting like 10-1 on this call, but I'm pretty sure I'm totally dominated here, and not worht the call, so I folded.... that may be overly tight, but you got fold when you know youre beat. BTW he showed down AKs. on an Ace high board.Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

Other guy didnt show, but what if He had JJ? or AQ? other guy was fairly tight too, calling 3 cold wasnt out of the question. Even though I was 10-1, I figured my odds werent that good, especiallyu since being OOP was negative implied odds IMHO

ehhhh understood but:
1) you already had 2 bets in. for 1 more pleeez see a flop. it's worth it to see if you can flop a flush draw, which you will certainly have odds to call all the way... or JJx, or top 2.
2) if you can make yourself get rid of your hand if the flop is A-x-x, then def. see a flop ahhhhhhhhhh 10-1 ahhhhhhhh
