The system to be a daily winner

After playing 10 hour days of poker, I realized that the majority of the profit I made was during the 1st 1-3 hours of playing, after playing so many hours I realized that after 4+hours I make bad decisions because im not focused and think I can play loose since I already made a profit. Its also a known fact that your brain works best after 1-3 hours after awaking from sleep.

My new system is to make a profit of 200Bb's (You dont have to set it to 200bb's just enough that you think you can make the goal of everyday) within 4 hours if I make 200Bb's in a Hour(Like I did today) and I still want to play some poker, Ill go play some .5/.10 knowing that I wont lose anything I made earlier and still enjoy playing, Ill even through some games of yahoo pool in the mix, or a multi tourny to pass time.

Anyone else have any systems that they would like to share?

Yeah, I play my limit until I feel I cant play my agem, or the game turns, then I quit.

Chief, this is a stop win. Not a bad one, but still a Stop win. Instead of changing limits, why not stop altogether, take a break, and then come back later, you will be less fatigued that way.

Chief - your obviously playing well- you shouldn't play more than three hours. Your better off spending time outside playing analysing and refining your game.. Get Pokertracker....this alone will give you 2bb/100.. and constantly challenge your play.
See me playing $10/$20NL like it was play money

Problem with Pt is that ap only has that email thing, which I find confusing/hassle.

been considering PT, does it work well with Starz?

Also, since I play mostly tourneys, is it worth it? I play about 80% tourney, 20% ring.

I'm all tournament NL and PT is good for analysing your own play over time (winning/losing hands), though the stats for win rate are not as helpful as ring.

The best thing about PT for tournaments is the VPIP of the people you are playing.

I'm not calling a raise from the guy whose not played a hand of the last 50.

But I'm reraising the guy who's raised 30% of the pots with any decent strength of my own.

I guarentee that using PT has made me cash.

Ever since PS changed their HH format, PT works flawlessly. Works with 11 sites/networks. Mainly all the popular ones.

Cheif, check the PT forums for help getting PT to work with AP.

    Marm,

When I try to get PS to send me hand histories it says I do not have any. I always assumed this was because I only play tourneys on their site. Is there some config I need to set up?
