    Default Agression

How do i become more agressive. My hands ar usually at a 6 person table. Usually at least a pot raise preflop an its HU or aginst 2 ppl. IM mucking alot of "good hands" like AK AQ JJ TT... on non-ideal flops because i dont take agressive stabs, and someone else does. I see players click bet pot evry hand and build a rediculous stack (and then lose it because they just cant resist betting). Also i bluff way better with 8T than i do with AK... why!!???

Is this good agression?: (the result says no)
Last night @ .10-.25 nl 3 handed we all have about 120 bets
Both dudes know I play solid cards for short-handed play.

I make it .85 on the button with 5J. Both call. $2.45 pot

Flop: K72 sb bets .50 bb calls i re-raise to 1.75 sb (tight player it seemed @ the time) calls, bb folds

Turn K722. check chek. about $6.45 pot

River K7228 he cheks i bet $6.45 and he calls.
I have nothing he shows K6 and takes $19

I was later glad to see his top pair crap kicker lose a $50 pot to a set.
I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.

I'm so confused. You're asking how to become MORE agressive? The example you gave was loose if you ask me...you had shit all, raised, got called, bet some more...a tight player called you. KNOWING THIS, you bet MORE on the river, even though the tight player had to have had something.

Why do you need to be more agressive again? Perhaps you meant, how can I be more profitably agressive? lol

    Default short handed

if they have you pegged as loose it is very common to call someone down on top pair with no kicker.
The trap for a loose agressive is to let him bet into you = whilst you aim for ANY top pair on the flop.

I love how "Aggression/Aggressive" is not spelled correctly once in the entire thread.

twas an expensive play i must admit. not sure why i posted it since my Qestion really had little to do with it. I guess posting it gave closure to my 12 hour depression.

As to the spelling of agression, my friend is borowing my dictionary and i seem to have missplaced the spare.
