Most of us have the goal of winning at poker. To win you need an edge and good way of getting an edge is to play against weak opponents. Yet here we are educating each other how to be better thus reducing the number of weak opponents and ultimately actually reducing our edge.
Maybe we should delete all the threads on this board and start over with the following advice to be given:
1. Dont' bother reading poker books they'll just eat up your bankroll.
2. Go for the big win whenever you can.
3. Remember, any two cards can win.
4. Bluff your ass off, people play scared and will fold.
5. If you don't feel comfortable bluffing, then never bluff.
6. Always push yourself to go to higher limit games and test your ability.
7. Don't let anyone else tell you how to play poker, you can learn better through your own experience.
8. Poker is mostly luck so don't fold very often.
9. Let the other players win once and awhile so they like having you around.
10. And finally, don't worry if your bankroll is going down. You will eventually get lucky and win it all back.

The thing about forums are it's like a family and family members try and help other family members out so if you actually belive that the millions of people that play online poker all of them read forums or poker bnooks then you need to quit playin poker and wake up to reality..
there are plenty of Fish in the sea to catch so why worry about the members of your family that you try and help out..
that's my two cents

I'm not trying to play against the people on this board. I'm trying to beat the clueless masses of fish out there. Plenty of them to go around.
I study at KRE8R's School of Bankroll Management.
If you IM me looking for money or a trade, you will be blocked.

Of course we're all crazy. We spend way too much time playing a card game when the reality is that when we're old and infirm we'll wish we'd spent the time outside in the sun with friends living life.
For instance, it was a beautiful day today in my little part of San Francisco - it's our indian summer here, warm with just a slight breeze, clean air, 326 parks in the city (the most per capita of any major US city) . . . I looked outside, thought "I'm going to go hiking today, right after I finish this little SNG."
Several Tourney's later, the sun has gone down, I haven't eaten since early breakfast, and I can't pull myself away!
Now back to my tourney - I promise it's the last one today!
