The potsized raise there is technically enough to take away the odds. But when he bets out there, there are a LOT of hands he may have.
Re-raising there shows me you like your hand alot... and proved that you'd give him the rest of your money if the draw hit. So his implied odds were fine. By pushing there you eliminate implied odds... and it works as a semibluff. He may have JT there and fold it. Even if he does call with a made hand or call with a draw and hit, you've still got outs.
When you make the pot sized bet to take away odds... you actually want your opponent to call and for it to be a mistake. But with this kind of hand you're not gonna get away from it... so go ahead and make his odds as long as possible since you know it's going in anyway.-You may not know this, but poker is a game of incomplete information.
