I have heard that winning greater then 75% of your showdowns probably means that you're playing too tight and not bluffing/value betting enough on the river.
-You may not know this, but poker is a game of incomplete information.

I say Dont do take out all you're bankroll into one strategy. You can adapt to SS(h). But if you start going on a losing streak it miught be bad luck or just the strategy you're dealing with

75% is a rediculous number. shoot for 51-55

The biggest concept to understand from this book is Equity. The reason you are being very aggressive with marginal hands is because they actually have a large share of the pot's Equity when compared to the other hands in play. Your hand stands a better chance than the others to win at showdown, so you bet your ass off. This is playing the odds at its finest.
