Default slowplay or reraise

ok this is 50 dollar nl .25/.50 blinds 6handed on pokerstars...
i was dealt and i just had the button the hand before
there were a few ppl who limped in ep then the person before me put in a raise of 3 dollars.. (which was a bit more then her usual pf raises) and i called and the rest of the limpers folded.,,
flop comes

and the person raises into me 3 dollars,,
now here.. what do you think the right play is?.. should i slowplay it, should i reraise, or does the player have me beat?
i'll post what the results were later...

Default Well

I think you have to reraise him here, he could just be trying to buy a free turn/river with this bet. I want the draws out of here, there's only 3 hands that beat you right now...AK,AJ,JJ. I'd reraise and see where I'm at here, if I'm beat I'm beat.

I would've reraise, unless i knew he was a tight player, then i would have played it slow. (i'm new to poker so maibe i'm wrong? )

If the board came rainbow I would consider playing this slow, but with 2 clubs on board you have to take away the odds of drawing to the flush. Re-raise the size of the pot and take this hand down right now. If she plays back at you you may end up losing your stack, cause there is now way I am laying down trip A's with a Q kicker unless we get 4 clubs on the board. I would say it is doubtful she has one of the three hands that have you beat. She raised big PF and I am guessing her bet is a standard continuation bet of about 1/2 pot.

I am guessing she is playing 10's through K's. Realistically if she has a club flush draw she's not betting out, instead she'd be trying to see a cheap card. but you just can't take any chances.

I would reraise, like SuckoutKing said there arent many hands that have you beat, the chances of him having one of those hands is quite slim.

If you reraise it puts him thinking the same thing about you? what have you got?

If he has AQ he will be thinking there arent many hands that can have you beat, so try and get another reraise out of him on the turn, thats of course if the turn is good.

Be interesting to see what he had.

I agree with the other posts to this thread. A reraise seems to be the only way to go. If this guy has a four flush, he may be trying to get a free card in case a club does not fall on the turn. If you get reraised, he may actually have one of the three hands that beat you. In that case, I would proceeed carefully from that point on.

Errr.... I'm leaning towards a weak tight stance, a min reraise, or fold. I'm thinking most likely you're going to end up folding either way. We're probably beat here.

I'm thinking about just calling here and waiting to see what they do on the turn. If you reraise and then get reraised all-in you are in a quandry as you probably have the best hand, though it is possible that you are beat, which I don't think you are. This looks more like a continuation/scare bet with KK and QQ at this point. If they are on a club draw (unlikely) you're really hoping for the Qc.

I think you've gotta reraise to about 10, but if he comes back all in, you've gotta give him credit for a hand that can beat yours and fold.
