I figured if I bet flop/raise he might fold, I had him pegged on A/K so to my delight The river showed a 10, When he bet 5$ I tried to raise a amount that I thouht he would call with, 13$ seemded right

I think the check on the river really sucked him in, I only checked the river because I was 100% sure he had A/K.

Your thought's please

Default Whats the problem here?

I think it was played just fine, you maximized your profit with the nuts. You got into it with an aggressive player from the looks of it and if you bet the flop you could cost yourself a lot of dough, because even aggressive players know when they're beat.

its a lot more likely he will fold to a check raise than a push...

I might have put a small bet out on the river so that the re-raise wouldn't feel completely like a trap. But you conned him into giving you his whole stack. No problem here

As bonch would have said... I probably would have folded pre-flop btw.
