I may or may not lay this down depending on a lot of factors.....how I stand in the tourney, what my M is, do i feel I am better than the other players.....but no one can fault you for calling.............
Look at it this way.......when the chips got pushed into the middle you were ahead..............and stayed ahead...how can i second guess that?

I would have just pushed preflop. Dunno why you wanted to wait with the last 155 :-p
You've only got 700 and this is a great hand to return to even with.

I would have put a significant raise in (100 or so) instead of calling... and if that guy had still re-raised, I would have pushed.

you would call a reraise of a reraise with AQ

He went all-in the last hand, also. I figured he was ready to leave. Was close...he caught 2 pair.

Must of had a good read on him, he's either really weak in raising with AJ consistantly - 10 X BB...lol, or my fear, a high PP.
Either way it's tough to laydown, and you obviously made the right call, but I have laid down that hand to a big raise PF similar to that in the past.
I also agree with NoManner, you are committed either way...I would have pushed PF.
Great take btw!

I definitely FOLD unless you are sure you are playing against weak opponents.
Why :
1- First level of blind, 10-15 you still have 705 or 705- original bet but still enough (started with 800).
2-You only have AQ, it's good but...A good player would have done that with a high PP so you should not have your Q alive or AK, Maybe AQ but very unlikely...
3- You don't want to re-raise but you want to call an all-in? Be the Bettor not the Callor, not the fish as you should have been in a better table.
Lucky to win this one... also, re-raise all-in pre-flop.Last edited by Fireball; 08-16-2005 at 01:20 PM.

I would call, he can't be that tight a player if his lost half his chips in less than 10 hands...
I love him who is ashamed when the dice fall in his favour and who then asks: Am I then a cheat? for he wants to perish.
