About LinkBacks5+.50 turbo sng, table is five handed, blinds 10/20
Don't remember exact chip counts, everyone is between 1400-1600
I'm in CO with
UTG raises to 80, all folded to me. I reraise to 200, and he calls.
FLOP
Pot is 410, he checks, and I bet 200. He checkraises to 500, and I fold.
My original read was a weak ace, these players greatly value any ace, but when he checked the flop i thought maybe he had a smaller pair and the ace scared him, so I bet. The raise suggested a set or ace though, but I didn't have a REALLY great read.
Is this standard? Any help on this hand would be great.

I don't see how you could put your opponent on anything other than an ace. He raised UTG, called your re-raise, and check-raised you on the flop. He's not doing that with a pair Jacks. I think you made a good laydown.

Like I said my original read PF was a weak ace, and therefore i am 70% or better, so isnt a raise the right play?
