Well today was our weekly 20people 5$ tourney. From what i had read on here it seemed i needed to make my bets more meaningful. I had really bad cards for the entire night but had good pocket cards on 3 occasions so i won 3 all in games. I ended up coming in second and i lost to a crazy last hand
im about 2/3 stack down and am dealt KK. I make a pretty big bet which is called. Flop is K A 8 so i pushed. To my amazement he called and turned over AA, at which point i almost jumped through a window. But anyway considering the cards i had all night im very happy with 2nd and i have a feeling everything im learning here is gonna keep me in the money most weeks.
