hmmm he was either check calling with 45, a 7, AX with the X being a board card, or 2 hearts. lot of possibilities

This is a bet out of nowhere and I'm usually inclined to call these but I'm thinkng he has you here and would probably fold thanking god I didn't overbet the turn so I only lose 300 chips.

Personally i wouldn't have bet this flop at all but if i got to the turn for free its an easy bet. the board is too coordinated, everyone limped, you're out of position, there isn't a good card in the deck except another 7, there is little money in the pot, and you can't really call if someone plays back at you. this is a good check fold spot but hope for the free ride to see the turn.

    Value raise preflop.
    Otherwise have to call.

Ok theres enough of a buffer here that I can post the results and people can get an unopinionated answer out there: Dont read this unless you have made an honest answer yet:

    River: (t700) (2 players)
    SB bets t1230 (All-In), Hero calls t1180 (All-In).

    Final Pot: t3110

    Results in white below:

SB has Ad 7s (full house, sevens full of aces).
Hero has 7d 2h (three of a kind, sevens).
    Outcome: SB wins t3110.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.
