Default Whoa Boy.. Missed some bets.

OK, after jsut kciking myself for getting too aggressive to quickly and losing 2-3 bb's ina previous hand, i apparently wiated too long in this one and missed some more. I had a perfectly disguised hand on the flop, and I went to CR the turn. But it never happened..... Improve on this play.

BTW, Bison's is OOC (out-of-commision, not character your D&D geeks )for a while.

i hate the idea of slowplaying pairs... i wouldve raised on the flop and bet the turn... if you had a set then that is different, but a pair is always exposed, especially in limit

how many more bets could you have gotten off of pocket 3s?

I hate your play, too many ways to make straights or BS two pair.

    I would raise preflop.

Given that you didnt, knowing something about the players would help if deciding to slowplay. Specifically how aggressive/passive they might be, if they tend to follow thru on the turn, how weak a hand would they bet on flop, other random sutff. I dont mind your plan, but i would need reads before deciding whehter or not to slowplay, especially since I am already given a great opportunity to raise on the flop. in other words, against unknowns, i would just play standardly.

Edit: and you are OOP! Comparing to if you had the button, then you wouldnt have to worry about giving freebies.

PC: MOB Captain "Marm", Human, lvl 5 Rouge.

    Pre-flop

Marm: sets trap by using "check the BB with a good hand" feat

    Flop

Marm: continues to lure 2 victims into trap, using "I was in the BB and now am drawing to an inside straight draw" feat

    Turn

Randomness: makes a lucky "detect lies" check and see's through marms trap in addition Marm while setting trap failes INT check at -2 (as he just lost 2/3 BB), and the trap doesn't spring.

    Turn

Marm: uses "fake attempt bluff" feat
Dayton9123: failes (only barely) "see truth" check, and calls
Randomness: makes "see truth" check, and folds.

    Result

Marm: gains 200 exp points and $2.60
Bean181818: some guy came up just grabbed my hand and starting massaging it, since it wasn't you, i told him to fuck off
xcrunman02: yeah only I can do that, i don't need some gook trying to get with my life partner
    Bean181818: i've been faithful
    xcrunman02: me too
Bean181818: peck tried to get all this but i told him this was all taken, all of it!

Slowplaying TPGK is not usually a good idea.
