This was in a 10 man SnG that I hadn't been paying attention to so I don't really have any reads. What's your line of thinking here?

Fold is right. I think there is a page or two on it in one of Sklansky's books, "Do you pass the AQ test." It pretty much reviews this same scenario.

Both of these raisers have fairly deep stacks... you'd have to be crazy to get involved with them.
The fact that the second raiser isn't afraid of the first one should really scare you... you should put him on at least jacks, if not kings or aces.
