$10/20 Did I raise too much?

What I do wrong? Think I didn't need to reraise again on the river? The guy was really really loose, and keept rivering me - would bet anything all the way to the river...

AQ, AJ are strong possiiblites too, but Since you bet into him when the turn paired the 8's, hes probably only going to bet something that can beat 888.

as am i...he could have had AA as well, but either way, theres probably not too much he would checkraise you with that you could beat...AQ and AJ i dont think, because when you raised him on the turn, you're representing the 3rd 8, which even his 2 pairing the river cant beat

I would've called the river in a lot of spots, but more times than not, I'm 3 betting the river because Villian could have KT as much as:

AQ
AJ
QJ
AT
AK
KQ

A boat wouldn't have been a fear and an 8 with a better kicker isn't playing this hand PF, flop, and turn like this.
