the turn is iffy, because he could be freerolling against you for the flush. And you really don't want to chase the guy without the straight out.

I think the key to this is the rake. If the rake wasn't maxed then just call it down. Since the rake was maxed then re raise until that little dumb heart hit the board.

I like a raise on the turn because the player immediately after you raised, so you're not gonna lose anyone with a raise. In Molloy's spot, I'd call, but in your spot, I'm raising to cap.
I'd bet out the river because of 2 of those hearts on the board. The
and the
are on the board, not saying that a Q, J, or T hi flush is impossible, but the possibility of a flush lowers with both of these hearts on the board.
