Very aggressive on volume..

A9 os in mP in NLHE is a fold preflop.. you're basically trying to buy here.

You have given the table immense implied odds even as a one off. You have justified someone with any pair calling you to make trips.

If you've been playing loose then somone with 88 or above will call you down to destruction.. i.e calling your raise with just about any senisble pair will kill you.

AK is a common call.. IF someone has AK (or even AQ) and and Ace drops.. you're very dead ..particulary if your table rep' is loose.

Nah ... tried that done that....didn't work for me. doing less stealing and pure bluffs in ring games now....there's no rush.

now i look back and evaluate this hand and your responses, i dont like how i played it much at all.

i had been seen as playing tight so loosened my starting hands a bit (too much tho here).

i think i made a mistake pre flop by not folding,

i think flop bet may be ok as a continuation bet after pre flop raise,

after this i do not like my play at all, the pot got larger and i got carried away trying to bluff at the pot

the PF raise is fine, especially if you're trying to give an image of raising with a variety of hands. imho, people get far too concerned about Ax being dominated. it's hard enough to flop a pair, two people flopping the same one just doesn't happen much.

the flop bet is fine, the turn - you're right, this is where you give up. now if you hadn't raised PF, a turn bluff here would be a lot more credible.

the river everyone else already covered well.
