I would open all pairs from all positions. I think you overvalue suited cards such as JTs from MP / Q9s from CO /T7s from BTN, that's just me though.
CO and especially BTN need to be very flexible, for example against some players I would open literally 100% from the BTN and against aggro but stupid restealers I would tighten right up.
